I purchased my cocker in July 2016. I can't say enough nice things about the Breeder. They are so nice, easy to work with, and very prompt with responding to any questions. They are very knowledgeable about their puppies and how to take care of them. I still keep in touch with them and send pictures of my fur baby, which is healthy, happy and part of our family. We can't imagine life without him! He's also gorgeous! ❤️

Very Pleasant and Helpful
We purchased 2 dogs from Marlene Horst. Because we live a few states away, the puppies were sent to us by plane. They arrived in good health. We could tell they had been well cared for. It was evident that the sellers cared about the well-being of the puppies and that they arrived safely. All interactions with the seller were very pleasant and helpful. We received all needed paperwork in a timely fashion. We would buy from them again ourselves and will recommend them to our friends.

Could not have asked for a better addition
We have now had our sweet Mylo (formerly Una) for about 6 months, and could not have asked for a better addition to our family, thanks to Playful Puppy Palace! She is full of energy, loves to snuggle, and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body! She is truly one of a kind and we couldn’t be more thankful that she is ours! THANK YOU PPP!

My mother and I were looking for a perfect puppy for her- and we landed on the cockapoo breed. We live in Massachusetts and there were no local breeders, and a lot of online sites were risky because we didn’t know where the puppies came from, but somehow I landed in Playful Puppy Palace and I knew it was meant to be! After FaceTiming and meeting the breeders and their litter of puppies, we made our decision to put our names on the reservation list. Melissa and Marlene were so accommodating throughout the process, we were nervous because we have never adopted a puppy that we hadn’t met in person. From FaceTime calls, pictures, and videos they were so helpful; so much so that Melissa drove from WV to MA with our girl when she was ready to come home. We are so glad we found a breeder that genuinely cares about their dogs and take such great care of them. Thank you so much for helping me find my mom & our family the perfect girl.

I'm so glad that I made the decision
I am so glad that I decided to adopt a puppy at the Puppy Palace. I had been searching different breeders online and when I found their Cavachon litter, I fell in love! They were all so cute. I reached out to ask a couple of questions and they immediately replied and were very helpful. Before even seeing the puppies in person I put down a deposit! When I went to visit Dublin, it was easy to get to their location and once again they were wonderful, sweet, and very helpful. I got a picture and/or video every week until I was able to pick up my new baby. That was so nice and you can hear in their voices how much they care about their puppies! I'm so glad that I made the decision to adopt sweet Dublin and I plan on adopting again from them next year!

Puppy Was Healthy and Happy
purchased a pup from this seller, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! I received multiple pictures of the pups available to help make a choice, I got a response back right away with each contact. Seller was willing to meet, and when I Met my fur baby the seller was very organized, knowledgable and nice. My puppy was healthy and happy and soo soft! Puppies are well taken care of as well as socialized bc he had no problems with my other dog or my children! Can't wait to get another!

We had a wonderful experience adopting our puppy from Playful Puppy Palace! Excellent communication, and a personal touch that you just don't find every day. They allowed us to drive up to choose our puppy from the litter, which meant so much to us. And our pup was obviously well cared for and socialized before he came to our house, because he is a confident and sweet puppy with no anxiety. We are in love with our newest family member, and are grateful we found PPP!!
