We had a wonderful experience adopting our puppy from Playful Puppy Palace! Excellent communication, and a personal touch that you just don't find every day. They allowed us to drive up to choose our puppy from the litter, which meant so much to us. And our pup was obviously well cared for and socialized before he came to our house, because he is a confident and sweet puppy with no anxiety. We are in love with our newest family member, and are grateful we found PPP!!

My mother and I were looking for a perfect puppy for her- and we landed on the cockapoo breed. We live in Massachusetts and there were no local breeders, and a lot of online sites were risky because we didn’t know where the puppies came from, but somehow I landed in Playful Puppy Palace and I knew it was meant to be! After FaceTiming and meeting the breeders and their litter of puppies, we made our decision to put our names on the reservation list. Melissa and Marlene were so accommodating throughout the process, we were nervous because we have never adopted a puppy that we hadn’t met in person. From FaceTime calls, pictures, and videos they were so helpful; so much so that Melissa drove from WV to MA with our girl when she was ready to come home. We are so glad we found a breeder that genuinely cares about their dogs and take such great care of them. Thank you so much for helping me find my mom & our family the perfect girl.
