Before purchasing and taking home one of our puppies, we do ask that you read and sign these papers. We have them here on our website for you to pre-read before you ever put a deposit down. If you feel that you cannot follow the guidelines that we ask on these papers, please do not place a deposit.
We take placing our puppies into forever homes very seriously and want to make sure we have their best interests in mind!

Order Your Food In Advance
One thing we do ask is that you order Life's Abundance Food through our website. Life's Abundance is a holistically balanced dog food, made with no artificial flavors or colors, and no corn or wheat glutens. When you order through our website, we will pay your first order up to $50. Make sure you bring your receipt or a screenshot of your invoice along to present to us.

The under-described puppy is guaranteed to be free from genetic diseases and/or birth defects injurious to its health for a period of one year. In the unlikely event that a genetic disease/birth defect should occur, you may either return the puppy or get a refund of purchase price less deposit. In order to qualify for a refund or return, we need a written and signed agreement and description of puppy and genetic disease/birth defect from the veterinarian. We also need the veterinarian’s signed agreement that the genetic disease/birth defect is injurious to the puppy’s health.
Playful Puppy Palace and the signed SELLER are not responsible for any payments or veterinarian’s fee for examinations, drugs, x-rays, or any other treatment.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
This dog has been classified as a PET by seller, and does not qualify as a Show Prospect/ Show Quality/ Breeder dog at this time of sale.
Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this dog, and will not sell this dog to any mass-producing kennel (puppy mill) or business.
The purchaser promises to keep the dog in a proper manner. It shall not be kept permanently in a kennel. This puppy has been bred by us and has been carefully and painstakingly reared. The parent animals were mated with the aim of breeding good and healthy puppies, well rounded and socialized pets. Seller guarantees this dog to be free of communicable diseases as it appears to the eye at the time of the sale.
At the expense of the BUYER, this dog should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of possession to validate Health Guarantee. (If purchased on a Saturday, this requirement is extended through the following Monday.) Should this dog be found with normal treatable conditions (i.e. fleas, parasites, ear mites etc.) the breeder is not liable to exchange the dog or refund the money. With proper documentations from the vet, if there is an internal problem such as heart, lung, or stomach, you may have the pick of the next litter or refund (less nonrefundable deposit) of your money. BUYER understands that this dog has been wormed and given vaccinations at time of sale.
Buyer releases SELLER, Marlene/Melissa Horst and her estate, from any and all liabilities and/or damages by fault of this dog after the time of sale. These damages include but not limited to destruction of property and/or physical damage at any person or group of people. This contract is made out in duplicate: the SELLER and the BUYER each receive one copy.
